Dear Respiratory Care CEU Provider It is once again the time of year for RT providership renewals. All providerships will expire on April 30th. Thank you for your continued dedication to making CEU’s available to your therapists. If you would like to advertise your educational classes on the KRCS website please email krcsceu@cox.net with the information and/or brochure to place on the website. The providership fees are listed with the link below and based on hospital size. You will enter your bed size into the shopping cart, complete the form and then proceed to the checkout process. We accept credit cards or PayPal.

Please also complete the Respiratory Providership Application (Word Document) and mail a signed copy with an attached list of all CEUs that you approved from the previous year, April to March
